    03. Logistics 4.0, smart supply chain management and transport

    In a competitive economic environment, manufacturers are forced to face delay, quality and cost challenges. Hence, concepts such as lean manufacturing and TPM have emerged to resolve this problem by improving productivity. A clear strategy for deployment and ongoing management is required to successfully adopt Industry 4.0 technologies, such as digital twin and machine learning.
